I have great appreciation and gratitude for our Great Mother Earth and her plant friends. I believe life is full of opportunities and moments to sink our feet into the earth root system, and find the healing, balance and joy that grounded earth - heart connection brings.

It is deeply important to me, to remind myself to tread softly and sustainably upon this Earth, to make daily connections with the Land - to listen, give and receive, and to create ceremonies of gratitude and thanks giving.

Flower folk remedies honours all life and plants. Caring for life- that of others as well as of my own. I care about how the plants I use are grown, harvested and utilized. I care about listening beyond that which is seen, I care about the creative process of remedy making… and I care about your heart, mind, soul and skin… and how these remedies can nourish and nurture you.

It is my promise to the Earth, to myself and to you that I bring the purest intention and heart to creating these remedies that will be used in your home.

We are a small batch business; living on Menang Noongar Boodjar, all herbs and flowers used are grown organically in my own garden, wildcrafted, or supplied by dear plant loving friends. Never over harvesting or putting pressure on the Earth’s resources, but rather feeding and caring for our plant friends and honouring in gratitude their gifts.
All medicinal flower oil infusions infuse for two moon cycles; allowing time for all the medicinal plant magic to impart her healing into the oils.

I believe plants have a healing profile beyond the measured physical constituents. I believe plants and flowers also work on our subconscious emotional bodies, supporting us on deeper levels of mind-body and spirit.
I use flower essences in all flower folk remedy emulsified creams and lotions, enriching them with deeper layers of support, love and healing. *
